William J. "Bill" Reich, 70, passed away on June 1, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Bill was born on June 21, 1944 in San Francisco, California to August and Theresa Reich. Bill served his country with distinction and love by earning two Army Commendation Medals and awarded several citations for outstanding service. He loved his garden and took great pride in producing from the land. He strived to be as educated as he could which resulted in two Associates Degrees as a Machinist and Gunsmith. He loved God above all and enjoyed learning about his Catholic faith. He always considered his greatest accomplishments to be his children and marrying the love of his life. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Martha Reich; son, Joseph Reich and his wife, Christina, and their two daughters, Mackenzie and Emma; son, Michael Reich; and daughter, Katie Reich and son-in-law James Mining. Bill was preceded in death by both of his parents; twin sister, Vicky Evenson; and son, William (Billy) August Reich. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waxahachie with Rev. Henry Drodz officiating. Interment will follow at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015 from 6-8 pm with a Rosary Prayer service at 7:00 p.m., recited by the Knights of Columbus in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze funeral Home, 1826 W.
