William Ernest Mouser, age 84

Mr. Mouser passed away Tuesday, April 28, in Waxahachie. He was born in Melrose, NM to Delmer and Rosie (Smith) Mouser. He was raised and graduated from Melrose High School. He married Vonita Ruth Johnson September 25, 1945 in Roswell, NM. He and his wife had lived in Waxahachie the past twelve years, moving from Amarillo, Texas. He was of the Protestant faith. Mr. Mouser was employed forty four years as a railroad executive with Sante Fe.

He is survived by: sons and their wives, Father Bill Mouser and Barbara of Waxahachie, John W. Mouser and Elizabeth of Aiken, SC.; grandchildren, Alexa, Geneva, Veronica, Robert, Jessica, Ariel and Michael. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; brothers, Robert W. Mouser and Ralph Mouser; and grandchildren, Francesca and Miriam.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Tuesday, May 5 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Graveside and Interment will be 4 PM Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at the Waxahachie City Cemetery with his son, Bill, officiating. A Memorial Service will follow at the Francesca Chapel in Waxahachie.
