William Clarence Freeman, age 81
March 25, 1924

Mr. Freeman passed away Thursday evening at Charlton Methodist Hospital in Dallas. He was born March 25, 1924 in Sulphur Springs, TX. to Will and Carrie Freeman. He lived in Dallas and worked for South Western Transportation Co. for twentynine years retiring in 1982. Fishing and his dog, Jumper, were the love of his life.
He is survived by: two sisters, Geneva McWilliams of Red Oak and Bobbie Shelley of Lake Whitney; nephew, David McWilliams and wife Helen; nieces, Rhonda McWilliams, Debbie Jones and husband Chris, Janet Walker and husband Tim; several great nieces and nephews and many friends.
The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Friday night at the Red Oak Funeral Home. The Celebration of his Life will be 10 AM Saturday, April 30, 2005 in the Chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Liberty Cemetery at 2 PM with Jamie McWilliams officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dan Jones, Jimmy Lankford, Robert Sledge, Fred Thurman, Cecil Ferrell, Bill Holub and Scutter Henry.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Red Oak Funeral Home.
