William Davis

William D. "Bill" Davis, 76 of Waxahachie, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 in Waxahachie. He was born July 31, 1938 in Howard, Texas to the late Raymond Everett Davis and Mary Hester Hobson Davis. Bill loved to fish and hunt. He proudly served our Country in the United States Army. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Janice; his son, Martin Davis and his wife, Arlene Tee; his grandchildren, Logan and Winona Davis; his brother, Raymond "Bud" Davis; and his sisters, Faye Marie Washington and her husband, John and Bettie Butler and her husband, Elmer; he was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Everett Davis and Mary Hester Hobson; also by his brother, Rick Davis and by his sister, Mary Tom Hassell.
