Wanda Kincaid

Wanda Joyce Kincaid, 77 of Lancaster, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, April 2, 2018. She was born January 10, 1941 in Sweetwater, Texas to the late Charley D. and Martha Taylor Wilkinson.

Joyce was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. All who knew her loved her dearly. She married her childhood sweetheart on October 23, 1957 and this past year, she celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary with her favorite sailor and beloved husband, Gene. She was the matriarch of her family and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband, Roland E. "Gene" Kincaid; her children, Rusty Kincaid and wife Kim of Ennis, Texas, Sherry Walker and husband Hoben of Red Oak, Texas, and Robert Kincaid and wife Tina of Blooming Grove, Texas; her grandchildren, Russ Kincaid and wife Tina of Jacksonville, Texas, Brandi Wallen and husband Josh of Barry, Texas, Kelli Kincaid of Red Oak, Texas, Jami Walker of Palmer, Texas, Lindsey Dollar and husband Garison of Altus, Oklahoma, Chelsea Romero and husband Andrew of Ennis, Texas, Chase Terry of Purdon, Texas, Morgan Lemons and husband Matt of Blooming Grove, Texas; also by 20 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley D. and Marth Taylor Wilkinson; by her sister, Mozelle Branch; also, by her brother, Eugene Wilkinson.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 6, 2018 at the Milford Cemetery with Brother Buster Bramall officiating.

Visitation with family and friends will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
