W. D. "Dub" Coulson, 85 of Waxahachie, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012 in Waxahachie. He was born to the late Wade and Nora Key Coulson on May 29, 1926 in Ellis County. Dub loved gardening, fishing and being outdoors. He was a huge fan of the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. He is survived by his son, Sgt. Karl Coulson and his wife, Linda of Ft. Bliss, El Paso; his daughter, Laura Davis and her husband, Clarence of Mabank; his brother, Dewey Coulson of Emory; his sisters, Catherine Goodwin, Willie Johnston and Janie Moses and her husband, Glenn all of Waxahachie; his grandchildren, Kerrie Roe, Specialist Chris Roe and his wife, Kendra and Corey Davis; his great grandchildren, Karleigh and Aidan Coulson; his sister-in-laws, Etta Catlett of Waxahachie, Doris Christopher of Palmer, Peggy Headen of Kerns; his brother-in-laws, Tink Allen of Grand Saline and Buck Allen of Burleson; and his loving caregiver, Wanda; he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Joyce Coulson in 1997; and also by his parents, Wade and Nora Key Coulson. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Waxahachie City Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie.
