Virginia Killingsworth

Virginia Christine Killingsworth, 84 of Red Oak, Texas passed away Sunday, April 03, 2016 in Harker Heights, Texas. She was born on August 02, 1931 in Vinita, Oklahoma to the late Claude & Lena I. Smith Solomon.

Virginia graduated from White Oak High School in 1950 and shortly after went to work for LTV in Grand Prairie until her retirement in 1993. Virginia was a longtime member of the Moose Lodge in Grand Prairie, Texas. She will be dearly missed by her family and all that knew her and loved her.

Survivors include: Son & Daughter in law: Reggie & Stephanie Baird of Midlothian, Texas; 1 Daughter: Cynthia Hamala of Coppers Cove, Texas; 4 Brothers: Nevil Solomon of Minneola, Texas; Nick Solomon of Hawkins, Texas; Charles Solomon of Red Oak, Texas and Olie Solomon of Longview, Texas; 1 Sister: Abi Adkins of Grand Prairie, Texas; 4 Grandchildren: Corey Haase, Kyle Haase, Daniel Hamala and Justin Baird. 1 Great Granddaughter: Madison Carter; numerous nieces and nephews friends and family.

Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 2:30 PM, Thursday, April 07, 2016 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Red Oak Cemetery. Visitation with the family is scheduled for Thursday, April 07, 2016 from 1:00 to service time at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie.
