Mrs. Curry passed away early Saturday morning at her residence. She was born in Maypearl, Texas to O.H. Mathers and Thelma (Crow) Mathers. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waxahachie and the American Business Women's Association. Mrs. Curry served as an Administrative Assistant for the Ellis County Outreach.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Curry of Waxahachie; mother Thelma Mathers of Waxahachie; two sons, Mark Curry of Palmer, Texas and Kirk and Jennifer Curry of Waxahachie. Also surviving is one grandson, Steven Curry. She was preceded in death by her father, O.H. Mathers in 1997.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 8 pm Sunday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be a l0AM graveside service Monday, March 8th at the Maypearl Cemetery with Dr. Leroy Fenton and Walter Buchanan officiating.
