Toby Allen Collins October 9, 1952 October 16, 2011 Toby Allen Collins, 59 of Italy, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born to Wilder Willard "Big Toby" Collins and to Evelyn Margueriette Pounds Collins on October 9, 1952 in Tulsa Oklahoma. Toby proudly served his country in the United States Navy, serving in the Viet Nam War. He loved to play golf, spending time at the beach and traveling to any destination he could. He attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. Toby was the longest tenured partner with Haight Construction Management Services. Above all, he loved his family and spending time with them. Toby will be truly missed by so many who will always love him and call him friend. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Collins of Italy; his daughters, Jessica McCoy and her husband, Master Sergeant John of Waldorf, MD, Julie Sanchez and her husband, Corey of Purdon, Monica Williams and her husband, Lance of Arlington; also by his grandchildren, Addison McCoy, and by a granddaughter on the way, Vivienne Sanchez, Ashton Williams, Ella Williams, and Madalynn Gilbert; his mother, Evelyn Collins of Rockwall; his brothers, Jud Collins and his wife, Lynda of Mannford, Oklahoma, Terry Collins and his wife, Darcy of Garland, Lee Collins and his wife, Shelly of Sherman; his sister, Sherri Neeley and her husband, Russ of Rockwall; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Wilder Willard "Big Toby" Collins. A memorial service to celebrate Toby's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 20, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Jud Collins officiating.
