____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Thomas Lee Rinehart January 17, 1949 August 01, 2010 Thomas Lee Rinehart, 61 of Red Oak, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2010 at a hospital in Dallas. He was born to the late Walter T. and Mary Fisher Rinehart on January 17, 1949 in Ft. Davis. Tom loved to fish and play golf. He loved spending time with his loving wife, Elaine, family and grandchildren. Tom loved his work as a Landman. He proudly served our country in the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War. Tom received the purple heart, bronze star and one oak leaf cluster accommodations. He will be missed and continually loved by so many. Tom is survived by his wife, Elaine of Red Oak; his son, Thomas Paul Rinehart of California; his nieces, Lori Cook and her husband, Cameron of Ft. Worth, Kristi Branum and her husband, Jerry of Tyler; his brothers, Jerry Rinehart and his wife, Cathy of Midland, Larry Rinehart and his wife, Cindi of Alpine; his sister, Rebecca Pope and her husband, James of Liberty Hill; his 4 grandchildren, Levi Overton, Taylor Branum, Macie Branum, and Addison Cook. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister-in-law, Sheila Sellers. Services to celebrate Tom's life are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie. Interment with Military Honors will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at the Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery.
