Thomas Gaffney

Thomas Earl Gaffney, 72, of Sherman, Texas passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on November 04, 1942 to the late William Earl & Irene Gaffney. After high school, Thomas worked and retired from Fisher Controls in Sherman, he was a cowboy and loved cars, he will be dearly missed by his family and everyone who knew him and loved him. He is survived by 1 Son: Wesley Gaffney of Lubbock, Texas; 2 Daughters: Ronda Bonneau of Oak Leaf, Texas and Sarah Young of Whitewright, Texas, 6 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, May 04, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Sherman with Rev. Ray Boyd officiating. There will be a reception for family and friends at the church following the service.
