Mrs. Manning passed away Saturday January 03, 2009 in Dallas. She was born in Maypearl, Tx. Febuary 24, 1939 to the late Leroy and Jessie (Miller) Waller. She was preceded by her husband Orlan Manning, and one son, Brian Stocks.

She worked for many years for Mobil Oil.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Kevin L. and Rika Stocks of Waxahachie; one brother and sister-in-law Charles and Ann Waller of Waxahachie; five Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday January 5, 2009 from 6 to 8 PM. A Graveside service is planned for Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at 2 PM at the Maypearl Cemetery in Maypearl, Texas.
