Teodora Payne

Teodora Payne of Midlothian, TX. passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 9, 2015 in Ft. Worth, surrounded and comforted by her family. She was born on January 11, 1945 in Del Rio, Texas. Her strong Christian spirit has placed her next to God. Teodora will be remembered for her love of family and friends, gardening, and sewing. She was a hard worker all of her life, successfully raising her family while working many jobs and always sacrificing for the sake of others. The almighty God is a great God! Teodora was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Payne of Ferris, TX. and her daughter, Gloria Heredia of Muleshoe, TX. She is survived by her daughter, Lidia Bonilla; her son, Ben Payne; her daughter, Mary Garza; her son, Chale Payne; and her daughter Dianna French, all who loved her with her all their heart. She is also survived by 4 sons in law and 2 daughters in law; 17 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; along with many brothers and sisters. Services to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Davis officiating. Interment will follow at the Red Oak Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2015 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie.
