Ted Petty

Ted Anthony Petty, 44 of Waxahachie, Texas passed away Thursday, December 15, 2011 in Waxahachie. He was born March 27, 1967 in Fort Worth, Texas to William Carol and Stella Frank Petty. Ted was a 1986 graduate of Waxahachie High School, he served as a volunteer fireman in Ellis County for many years and loved to hunt and fish. He will be dearly missed by his family and everyone who knew him and loved him. He is survived by his mother and step father: Stella and Paul Howard of Aquilla, Texas; 1 Son: Clayton Petty of Waxahachie, Texas; 1 Brother & Sister in Law: Jay & Pam Petty of Powell, Texas; 2 Nephews: Shane and Sheldon Petty of Powell, Texas; Numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins and a host of friends. Visitation with the family will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 PM Monday, December 19, 2011 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the Visitation.
