Tara Sieg

Tara Joyce Sieg, 39, of Southlake, Texas passed away on November 10, 2017 in Lawton, Oklahoma.Visitation will be 11:30am Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas.Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Saturday November 18, 2017 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home with the Pastor Greg Baxter of Faith Journey Church of Lawton, Oklahoma, officiating.

Tara Joyce McConnell was born at Riverside Hospital in Houston, Texas to Terrie McConnell and Freddie Zimmerman on April 3, 1978. She went to school at Southlake. She married Jason Sieg on February 10, 2010 in Ft. Worth, Texas. She graduated from Cameron University. She worked as a Registered Medical Assistant for Dr. Mihills for a number of years before moving to Lawton.

Tara is preceded in death by her father, Freddie Zimmerman; step grand-father Jimmie McDonald; uncles, Mike Thomas and Berry Max Booker.

Tara is survived by her husband, Jason Sieg, her children, Brianna Hodges, Trenton Hodges, Ryan Sieg and Aiyana Cedillo, her parents, Phil and Terrie Gottfried, her Grand-mother, Peggy McDonald, her aunts, Paula May and Cathy Thomas and the Hodges and Cedillo families and by loving in-laws, other aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family of Tara wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Najera, Susie and Monica, Promise Care Hospice and Faith Journey Church and the many friends and fellow college classmates that stood by Tara during her fight with cancer.
