Mr. Humphries passed away Monday morning at Baylor Medical Center, Waxahachie. He was born in Waxahachie to Bill and Billie (Berry) Humphries. He graduated from Waxahachie High School in 1974 and attended North Texas University at Denton. He married Sissy Keeton, August 29, 1981 in Waxahachie.

He was employed as a telephone repairman for Southwestern Bell Telephone before his disability. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Waxahachie Masonic Lodge #90, and Scottish Rites.

Mr. Humphries is survived by: his wife of 25 years, Sissy Humphries; sister, Sue A. Chiles and her husband Claud of Waxahachie; niece, Sarah Pickard and her husband Griff and their daughter, Emma Grace; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends that he deeply cared about. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
The Celebration of his Life will be 10 AM Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at the Bells Chapel Cemetery with Father Terry Reisner officiating. Interment will follow.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
