He is survived by his wife of 45 years Yvonne Chipman of Bristol, mother Bonnie Chipman of Palmer, Tx

Two daughters, Tonya Spence and husband Wesley of Bristol, Tx., Shelia Billings and husband Shane of

Ennis, Tx., four grandchildren, Harmony Spence and boyfriend Dylan, Everett  Billings, Scarlet Billings and

Ethan Billings, one sister Sally Chipman of Palmer, Tx. Along with many cousins and friends, and his

Dog Sugar.
