She was born May 28, 1954 in Dallas, Texas to Bennie and Verdell Louise Giebler Zientek. She was a homemaker and attended Venus Baptist Church in Venus, Texas. She married Charles Wayne Duckworth on August 17, 1973 in Idabelle, Oklahoma. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Charles Wayne Duckworth of Venus, Texas; 1 Son: Charles Duckworth, Jr. of Venus, Texas; 4 Daughers: Carol Adamcik of Lancaster, Texas, Cheryl Boortz , Sheila Shelman of Alvarado, Texas and Kelley Duckworth of Portland, Michigan, ; 2 Brothers: Bennie Zientek of Mesquite, Texas and Gary Giebler of Virginia; Cousin: Bud and Bonnie Toliver of Austin, Texas; 15 Grandchildren: 8 Great Grandchildren: Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Pastor James Derrough officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
