Selestine Marie Brown November 06, 1921 January 13, 2012 Selestine Marie Brown, 90 of Red Oak, Texas passed away Friday, January 13, 2012 in Red Oak. She was born November 06, 1921 in Waxahachie to Lee and Grace Haas Carpenter. Selestine was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Red Oak and was very active in the Choices Program for children . She was a member of the Red Oak Senior Citizens for many years. She will be dearly missed by her family and everyone who knew her and loved her. She is survived by her 2 Sons: Michael D. & Elaine Brown of Midlothian, Texas and Ricky and Linda Brown of Waxahachie, Texas. 5 Grandchildren: Jessica Mack, Ashley Brown, Jennifer Brown, Bonnie Brown and Brandi Brown. 9 Great Grandchildren: Ivie Mack, Lillia Mack, Kinley Brown, Kambell Brown, Kortlyn Brown, Jacob and Abigail Brown, Austin & Peyton Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Marvin E. Brown in 1992, 4 Brothers and a sister. Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, January 15, 2012 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Rev. Jarrod Douglas officiating. Interment will follow at Red Oak Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
