Sandra Weidner

Sandra Weidner went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 10, 2014, she passed away peacefully with her husband and son by her side. She was born June 02, 1941 in Gorman, Texas to Robert D. & Helen E. Atwood Branum. Sandra was an extremely kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a retired librarian with the Red Oak school system and a member of Farley Street Baptist Church in Waxahachie where she lived with her surviving husband of 55 years Fred Weidner. Other survivors include her sons Scott and Steve Weidner, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, July 14, 2014 at Farley Street Baptist Church in Waxahachie with Rev. Jerry Burnaman officiating. Interment will follow at 4:00 PM Monday at Barbee Cemetery near Dublin, Texas. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie.
