Salomon Gonzalez

Salomon H. Gonzalez, age 67, passed away on June 19, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home located at 1826 W. Highway 287 Business in Waxahachie.

Salomon was born on October 8, 1950 in Georgetown, Texas to Mike and Rita Gonzalez. He spent over 30 years law enforcement working with La Grange PD, Midlothian PD, Ovilla PD (also serving as Chief of Police), Ennis ISD Police Department and with Ellis County Sheriff Department Narcotic Division. Until his day of passing he also worked as a Private Investigator along with being a Supervisor for Lonestar Security.

He is survived by his daughter, Rita Lopez, David; grandchildren, Meagan Mendez, Allysa Garcia, Nicholas Mendez and Marissa Lopez; Great Grandson- Kalvin Garcia (deemed "Doctor" by Salomon during his last days); Siblings, Sammy (Brother in Paradise), Severiano, Toni, Rachel, Mike, Felipa, Henry, David, Daniel and Becky.

Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie is in charge of the arrangements.
