Ruby Louise Junkin, age 87

December 15, 2003

Mrs. Junkin, a lifelong Ellis County resident, passed away Monday at the Trinity Mission, Italy. She was born in Bardwell, TX. to Robert Edward and Effie Elizabeth (Spain) Junkin. Mrs. Junkin was a member of the First Baptist Church in Italy.

She is survived by: daughter, Bobbie Jo Adams of Avalon, TX.; two grandchildren and their spouses, Jimmy and Diane Adams of Avalon and Ronald and Donna Adams of Italy; five great grandchildren, Darla Fewin, Dana Hector, Judy Day, Jimmy Don Adams, Jr., and Rachel Adams; six great grandchildren, Trenton and Karleigh Hector, Reagan and Tatum Adams, Madison Fewin and Payton Day; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Italy Chapel, Italy. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM, Wednesday, December 17, 2003 also in the Italy Chapel with Reverend Ronnie Dabney officiating. Pallbearers will be Mike Junkin, Loyd Junkin, Gerald Almand, Brian Almand, Jeff Brock and Bobby Caffey. Interment will follow at Red Oak Cemetery.
