Roy Wilson

Mr. Wilson passed away Thursday at the Baylor Specialty Hospital, Dallas. He was born in Ellis County, TX. to Robert Olan and Myrtle Lucille (Dyess) Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a Seaman by trade. He was a member of the Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church of Dallas.

Mr. Wilson is survived by: his father, Olan Wilson of Waxahachie; daughters, Jerry Biggers and Carey Jones of Dallas, and Carletta Money and husband David of Italy; brother, Jeff Wilson and wife Iris of Waxahachie; sisters, Marie Smith and husband Carrie Lee of Waxahachie, Estelle Braun and husband David of Milford; eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Myrtle Mooneyhan, stepmother, Lois Wilson and one sister, Lucille Bonner.

Mr. Wilson will lie in state 1-9 PM Sunday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and relatives 11 AM-1 PM Monday, January 31, 2005 also at the Funeral Home, with graveside services at 2 PM at Mountain Peak Cemetery, Midlothian, with Pastor Dan Newman officiating. Interment will follow.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
