Rosemary Hayes February 14, 1938 March 07, 2011 Rosemary Hayes, 73 of Waxahachie, passed away March 07, 2011 in Waxahachie. She was born February 14, 1938 in Pasco, Washington to James Curtis and Unicie Jane Grinstead Bruce. She was a longtime resident of Waxahachie, a Baptist by faith and a homemaker.She is survived by her 2 sons: Jerimiah Hayes, Jr. of Sulfur Springs, Texas and Stephen Hayes of New York. 2 Daughters: Carol Hayes of Waxahachie and Lisa and Billy Burkes of Waxahachie. 1 sister and brother in law: Carol and Al Salzer of Seattle, Washington; 6 grandchildren: Justin Hayes, Billy Burkes, Jr., Bobby Burkes, Shelby Hayes and Dustin Hayes; 2 Great grandchildren: Hannah and ShyAnne Burkes. 1 cousin: Bruce McCaw of Touchet, Washington and numerous nieces and nephews; She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years Jerimiah (Jerry) Hayes in 2010, her son Richard Hayes in 2000 and 3 brothers: Darrell, Lee Roy, William Bruce and 2 sisters: Joyce and Patty Bruce. Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, March 11, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Ansell officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, March 10, 2011 at the funeral home.
