Rose Mary Towers, age 64

May 28, 2006

Rose Mary Towers, age 64, passed away May 28, 2006 after a long courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born in Dallas to Hollis and Louise (Hamm) Brown, Jr. Although she was raised in Red Oak, she attended Lancaster Schools. She was a title policy clerk for title companies in Ft. Worth. Rose Mary loved to shop, loved boating, fishing and living on the lake. She was a member of the North East Community Church of Garland.

Her survivors include: mother, Louise Hamm Brown of Riesel, TX.; son and daughter-in-law, Lance and Teresa Lain of Garland; brother and sister-in-law, Phil and Pam Brown of Irving; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and Bill Wick of Hamilton, OH., and Alyce and Rodney Blasingame of Riesel, TX.; grandchild, Shelby Lain.

The family will receive friends and relatives 7-9 PM Thursday at the Red Oak Funeral Home.
Her Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Friday, June 2, 2006 at the Red Oak chapel with Glenn Redmond, pastor of the Nebraska City Church of Christ, officiating. Interment will follow in Smith Cemetery.
