Rosalinda Garza

Rosalinda Garza, 68 of Waxahachie, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born to the late Jose and Santos Hernandez on August 14, 1949 in McAllen, Texas.

Rosalinda has received her dental assistant certification and she retired from MHMR as a bi-lingual translator. She will be greatly missed by so many who knew her and loved her.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Ezequiel Garza; her daughters, Sylvia Stone and her husband, John, Lucy Darnell and her husband, Frank, Melissa Salinas and her husband, Alvaro; her grandchildren, Alexandra Salinas and Matias Salinas; her siblings, Ernesto Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez, Nick Hernandez, Sofia Hernandez Navarro, Alma Hernandez Garcia and Sandra Hernandez Garza; she is also survived by her sisters-in-law and her brothers-in-law; along with many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Freedom Fellowship Church, Waxahachie with Pastor John Bates and Pastor Michael Holmes officiating.
