Roland Eugene Kincaid

Roland “Gene” Eugene Kincaid, a beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away at the age of 86 on May 16, 2024. Gene was born October 22, 1937 to John and Vona Kincaid in Sweetwater, Texas. He married the love of his life; Joyce Wilkinson on October 23, 1957 and they had three children; Rusty, Sherry and Robert.  He was a proud Veteran and served in the U S Navy. He loved to fish, deer hunt, garden, play golf and putter in his shop. He loved his family beyond measure and his family loved him the same. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Gene is survived by his children; Rusty Kincaid and wife Kim of Streetman Texas, Sherry Walker of Red Oak Texas, and Robert Kincaid and wife Tina of Valley Mill Texas.  Grandchildren; Russ Kincaid of Jacksonville Texas, Tina Stockman of Jacksonville Texas, Brandi Wallen and husband Josh of Barry Texas, Kelli Kincaid of Red Oak Texas, Jami Walker and Brandon Boling of Palmer Texas, Lindsey Dollar and husband Garison of Mount Enterprise Texas, Chelsea Romero and husband Andrew of Ennis Texas, Morgan Lemons and husband Matt of Clifton Texas and twenty-four great grandchildren.

Gene was preceded in death by his wife of sixty years; Joyce Kincaid,

parents; John and Vona Kincaid, brothers; John Jr, Jackie and Mike, great granddaughter; Madilyn Kincaid, and son in law; Hoben Walker.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
