Robert Peter Zwick born July 30, 1946, in New York, NY passed away on April 20, 2014 in at his home in Waxahachie, TX with his family by his side. Robert is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda Zwick, son Vaughn Zwick, daughter Kimberly Zwick, and grandson Zackary Zwick, two brothers Frank Zwick and Jerome Zwick, and two sisters Tina Ringled and her husband Don, and Mary Edelstein and her husband Preston plus many nieces, nephews and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his father Peter Zwick and mother Rose Zwick, brother Peter John Zwick and beloved nephew Frank Zwick Jr. Robert served his country in the US Navy in the Vietnam Conflict where he earned the Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. He attended college at New York University and made his career as a computer programmer, technician, and consultant and loved all things involving technology. He was truly loved by all that met him and will be missed. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home on Thursday April 24th from 6-8pm. Graveside service will be held at the Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery on Friday April 25th at 9am with military honors.
