Robert Lee Pritchett, age 89
March 22, 1917
July 15, 2006

Mr. Pritchett passed away Saturday evening at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. He was born in Lancaster, TX. to D. C. and Gertrude (Mabry) Pritchett. He served in the US Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theatre with the Sea Bees. Mr. Pritchett was married to Ruby Lee Bradley. He retired from Civil Service with the Dallas Naval Air Station in 1972. He enjoyed farming; was a good father and grandfather.

His survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Robert Lee and Peggy Pritchett, Jr. of Red Oak; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Lee and Lester Watkins of Cranvill Gap; sister, Geneva Esselman of Waxahachie; six grand children; thirteen great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, brother and two sisters.

The family will receive friends and relatives 5-8 PM Monday at the Red Oak Funeral Home. The Celebration of his Life will be 9 AM graveside service Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at the Red Oak Cemetery with Allison Paxton officiating. Interment will follow.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Red Oak Funeral Home.
