Robert Polley

Robert "Bob" McNatt Polley, 68, passed away on June 30, 2016 at his home in Waxahachie. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home located in Waxahachie. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 4-6 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow funeral services at Long Creek Cemetery in Sunnyvale, TX.

Bob was born on April 4, 1948 in Los Angeles, California. He worked for the Dallas County Sheriff's Office for 28 years and the Ellis County Sheriff Department for 8 years. Bob was a member of the Texas Narcotic Officers Association where he served as Vice President of the North Region for several years. He was also a member of the Dallas County Sherriff Association.
He was preceded in death by his fathers, Clifford Edward Polley and George Jarrett; mother, Rebecca Ann Jarret; and sister, Becky Rhodes.

Bob is survived by his wife, Gina Griffin Polley; daughters, April Cope and her husband, Rickey, of Nevada, TX, Robin Brown and her husband, Brad, of Waxahachie, TX, Mindy Scott and her husband, Rodney, of Waxahachie, TX, and Charla House and her husband, Jeff, of Terrell, TX; brothers, Bill Polley of Livingston, TX, Jimmy Polley of Canyon Lake, TX, Michael Jarrett of Manford, OK, Travis Jarrett of Bentonville, AR, and Timothy Jarrett of Dallas, TX; sisters, Marva Tipps and her husband, Lee, of Richardson, TX; 11 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
