Robert Leo Howard

Robert Leo Howard, known as Bob by his family and friends, was born in San Angelo, Texas on November 20, 1945 to Kate and Leo Howard. After High School, Bob joined the Army and served three tours in Vietnam. He was a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment. Bob joined Susan Murray and son Thomas by marriage in 1980 and later had one son, Matt. Bob and Susan made Waxahachie their home and were married for 44 years. 

Bob passed away on February 2, 2025. He is survived by: his wife, Susan; son, Matt; stepson, Thomas; sister, Judy Kierskey and her husband JP; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be held at a later date at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
