Mr. Fuller, age 73 of Waxahachie, Texas, passed away December 26, 2003 at the North Central Medical Center in McKinney, Texas. He was born on September 08, 1930 in Waxahachie, Texas to Robert Cletus Fuller Sr. & Lola Lee Taylor Fuller. He was a graduate of Waxahachie High School in 1948 also attended Ferris & Marvin Elementary. He entered Southwestern University in 1953 and the University of Texas in 1957 with a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Waxahachie where he served on the Administrative Board for 8 years. He was a member of the Fidelis Class and at one time served on the WISD School Board for a number of years. Mr. Fuller worked for LTV for many years where he was a Manufacturing research engineer, a electronic Countermeasures Engineer, Supervisor of Quality Engineering, Manager of the Environmental Test Labs and Reliability Assurance Engineering and manager of the outer space test lab. He was the recipient of the Exceptional Executive award from LTV, Exceptional Performance Award from NASA on the Apollo Program and Honorable Colonel of the governors staff in 1955 and on the National Register of Prominent Americans in 1972 and 1973.
He is survived by his 3 Sons and 1 Daughter; 7 Grandchildren; 1 Sister: Dorothy Lee & Husband Kels Lowrey and 1 Aunt: Mrs. Marguerite Hutchins and Several Cousins and Nieces.
Dennis & Julie Fuller, son and daughter in law; Steve Fuller, son; Saxon & Sterling Fuller, grandsons, Larry and Kim Fuller, son & daughter in law; Rob, Andrew and Adam Fuller, grandsons; Logan Fuller, only granddaughter; Janet Fuller, daughter; Bradley Fuller, grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife Madelon Hokett Fuller and his parents 2 Sisters and 1 Brother.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 8 PM Saturday, December 27, 2003 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of life will be at Sunday, December 28, 2003 at 2:30 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Waxahachie with Rev. Mary Nell Parton and Rev. T.R. (Dick) Bass officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Burial Park in Waxahachie.

Pallbearers will be Jeff McClain, David Burrow, Clay Hinds, William Davis, David Martin, Paul Martin, Clay Shannon and Brian Burks.
