Robert Leon "Bob" Brasher, age 71
January 19, 1936
April 5, 2007

Mr. Brasher passed away early Thursday morning at his residence in the company of his family. Mr. Brasher was born in Plainview, Texas the son of CG and Blanch (Clark) Brasher. He was a 1954 graduate of Plainview High School and attended Wayland Baptist University. He served in the US Army and married Glenda Harden February 23, 1961 in Akin, Texas. Bob had been in the Medical Field for 50 years, the last 17 as a Lab Tech with Baylor Waxahachie where he retired. He was a faithful member of the Ferris Ave. Baptist Church.

Surviving him is: his wife of 46 years Glenda Brasher of Waxahachie, 2 daughters; Tammy Condray and her husband Ben of Midlothian, Julie Dellinger and her husband Bob of Ennis, one sister Dona Francis of Tyler, 8 grandchildren; Jordan and Kendall Doles, Callie and Braden Condray, Hannah, Jacob, Jonathan, and Aaron Dellinger. Preceding him in death were his parents, one brother and one grandson Joshua.

The family will recieve friends and relatives from 6 to 8 PM Friday evening at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 10:00 AM Saturday April 7, 2007 at the Ferris Ave. Baptist Church with Ben Condray, Bob Dellinger and Pastor David Brown officiating. Interment will follow at the Rosemont Cemetery.
The family request memorials to be made to the Ferris Ave. Baptist Church Building Fund.

Pallbearers will be: Josh Mooney, Walter Bales, Gordon Bales, Adam Harden, Ronnie Williams Ron Van Buskirk. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Members of the Magic Sunday School Class, Larry Harden, Ron Cloyd, Terry Harden, Bryan Hailey, and Gregg Williams.

Arrangements are under the Direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
