Richard Scarborough

Richard Scarborough was an amazing man. He was born January 21, 1950 and died March 18, 2013. He left behind many wonderful memories for his family and friends. He loved them all, and they loved him. The world has lost a very special man. Papa was the epitome of cool. When he was younger he always had the coolest cars, the coolest clothes, and wherever he was it was the coolest place to be. I'm pretty sure the song "sharp dressed man" was written about him. He was also the smartest man I know. He knew just about everything about everything. There wasn't a problem he couldn't help you with and he was always willing to research the answers he didn't know. In the more recent years he started to care less about the clothes and cars and focused more on his family. He was anxious to see how many times he could be GREAT grandpa. He was also anxious to see how many times he could gross out his kids and grandkids - or at least make them roll their eyes. But that was papa! He was funny, smart, helpful, loving and yes.. still cool in his own way, and everyone loved him for it.
