Raymond Davis

Raymond E. (Bud) Davis, 84 of Waxahachie, passed away in his home Friday October 2,2015 in Waxahachie. Bud was born the 2nd of February 1931 to the late Raymond Everett Davis and Mary Hester Hobson Davis in Howard, TX. Bud proudly served in the US Army in Germany post WW2. When he returned home he married Billie Ruth Holder in 1956.He worked at Joy Larkin and retired from there to take up farming full time. He is survived by his son Brian Davis and daughter-in-law Melody Dugger and grandsons Caleb and Mason. His sisters Faye Marie Washington and husband John and Bettie Lou Butler and husband Elmer. Also many nephews and nieces. Bud was preceded in death by his parents, younger brother Rick Davis, his wife of 52 years Billie Ruth, older sister Mary Tom Hassell and younger brother William Davis.
