Mr. Ray Allen Knight, 54 of Red Oak passed away at home Friday Sept. 25, 2009. He was born on Oct. 3, 1954 to John and Jessie Knight in Birmingham , AL. He was a painter for most of his life.



Survivors are his sister Dorothy Moore of Red Oak, daughter Chancis Allen and her husband Shannon Mims of Clanton , AL , nieces: Roxanne Hale and her husband Rodney of Savoy, Shelly Gribble and her husband Marc of Glenn Heights, and Stacy Crawley and her husband Jason of Waxahachie.



A visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie followed by a graveside service at 12:00 noon at the Red Oak Cemetery with Chaplain Paul Shirley officiating.
