Mr. Fussell was born August 27, 1931 in Milano, TX. and attended Blynn College in Brenham, TX. He worked at LTV Aro Space, America Petrofina and Neuhoff and was owner of Fussell Janitorial. He lived in Dallas before moving to DeSoto. Mr. Fussell was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Dallas and then Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, DeSoto.

He is survived by his two sons: Greg Fussell and wife Lila of DeSoto, Howard Fussell and wife Debbie of Midlothian; granddaughter, Amber Fussell of DeSoto; grandson, Cameron Fussell of Midlothian; and sister, Lou Ann Smith of Gause, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends and relatives 5-7:30 Tuesday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be 1 PM Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at Milano Cemetery, Milano, TX. with Pastor John DeYoung officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, 512 N. Cockrell Hill Rd., DeSoto, TX.
