Phyllis Doubek

Phyllis Edwards Doubek, 67 of Waxahachie, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2012 in Waxahachie. She was born on March 28, 1945 in Waxahachie. Phyllis loved animals, especially cats. She enjoyed taking rides and looking at nature. She especially enjoyed looking at bluebonnets. She enjoyed her family and spending time with them. She is survived by her sons, Otha Muirhead and his wife, Melinda of Red Oak, Clayton Muirhead and his wife, Viktoria of Arlington, Michael Muirhead of Red Oak and David Doubek and his wife, Vera of Killeen; she is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Saffron, Alma, Zoe', O. J. and Jona Muirhead. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Doubek; her parents, Marie and Bob Conder; and also by her uncle, Kenneth Wickliffe. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 28, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 1, 2012 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
