Pauline Moon Shelton

Mrs. Pauline "Polly" Moon Shelton, 91, formerly of Waxahachie, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2009 peacefully at Red Oak Health and Rehabilitation Center in Red Oak, Texas.

Mrs. Shelton was born in Breckenridge, Texas on October 12, 1918, the daughter of the late Clark F. and Myrtle Moon. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Waxahachie, Texas. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by: her grandson, Cody Shelton of Los Angeles, CA.; granddaughter, Allison Korenek of Lubbock, Texas; daughter-in-law, Diane Korenek and husband Joe of Helotes, Texas; nieces, Judy Adams, Paula Tressell, Janet Butler and Robin Boothe.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rexel "Rex" Shelton in 2006.

Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Sunday, January 3, 2010 at the Red Oak Cemetery, Red Oak, Texas with Dr. Shane Kinnison officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie, Texas.
