Pauline Roberts Reed, age 94

Pauline Reed, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away Wednesday morning in Ft. Worth. She was born in Forreston, TX. to Stacy and Mary Elizabeth (Moore) Roberts. She grew up and graduated from the Masonic Home in Ft. Worth. She attended Sul Ross College. Pauline had been a resident of Granbury for the past six years but lived most of her adult life in Dallas. She was a member of Cliff Temple Baptist Church for many years and news editor of the Texas Contractor magazine. Pauline was a devoted Christian as well as a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan. She loved life and her family. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Granbury.

She is survived by: two sons and their wives, James and Bettie Reed of Dallas and Richard and Shirley Reed of Granbury; three grandchildren, James Stacy Reed of Long Island, NY; Randie Hernandez of Rowlett, TX. and Dana Yates of Carrollton, all of whom loved her dearly.

The family will receive friends and relatives 1-2 PM Saturday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Saturday, January 24, 2004 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Reverend H. F. Meier officiating. Pallbearers will be James Reed, James Reed, JR., Richard Reed, Randy Hernandez, John Winn and James Calaway. Interment will follow in Forreston Cemetery.
