Paul Outon

Paul Eugene Outon, 64, of Waxahachie Texas passed away Friday, September 7, 2012, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on August 24, 1948 in Kansas City, Missouri to Mr and Mrs. Marion Rodolph Outon. He proudly served his country in the United States Army as a medic during the Vietnam War in 1969. Paul Outon received several Army decorations to include the National Defense Service Medal, and the Bronze Star Medal. He will be missed by his family, friends and everyone that knew him. Like his father, Paul was an ordained minister who professed his faith to all. Paul was a dedicated husband to his loving wife Linda Flaherty Outon. Paul is survived by his wife Linda Flaherty Outon of Waxahachie, TX., 2 son's Sterling Outon of Dallas, Tx, and Miles Outon of The Colony, Tx. Paul also has 3 grandchildren: Carter Outon, Jackson Outon and Dorthea Outon. Also surviving is his mother Mary Frances Outon of Blanchard, Oklahoma. Services for Paul Outon are scheduled for 12: 00 P.M. Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home, 1826 W. Highway 287 Business, Waxahachie, TX. with Pastor Leland Hall officiating. Interment will follow at the D/FW Veteran National Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 -8:00 PM Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas.
