Pattye Loyd

Pattye Ruth Higgins Loyd, 80, was born to Nellie Rae (Lawrence) Higgins and Sam Higgins in Clayton New Mexico, passed away on February 20, 2016 in Waxahachie, Texas surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Kenneth Lee Loyd to whom she was married for 43 years. Pattye attended and graduated from Forreston High School, she worked for 25 years at W.C. Tennery Hospital later known as Baylor Hospital in Waxahachie, most of that time working with Medicare and Insurance. She will be dearly missed by her family and all that knew her and loved her.
She is survived by two daughters: Vickie Loyd of Waxahachie, Texas and Linda Treadaway of Ennis, Texas; 1 Son: Rusty Shelia Thompson of Waxahachie, Texas. Grandchildren: Amanda Brook Scott Jenkins of Gainsville, Florida and Emily Natalee Treadaway both of Ennis, Texas.

Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, February 22, 2016 graveside at the Bethel Cemetery with Pastor Heath Sims officiating.
Visitation with the family is scheduled from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday, February 22, 2016 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
