Patsy Woodall

Patsy N. Woodall, 78 of Venus, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2014 in Waxahachie. She was born to the late John M. Eckeberger and Gladys V. Redding Eckeberger on November 6, 1935 in Maypearl. Patsy graduated from Maypearl High School in 1955. She enjoyed modeling shortly after graduation. Patsy was a very pretty lady and enjoyed dressing up and looking nice. She loved bowling and won many awards and trophies. Patsy retired from Ennis Business Forms after 35 years of service. She will be dearly missed by so many who will continually love her and miss her. She is survived by her sisters, Betty Jo Brown and her husband, Randy of Venus, Judy Roberts and her husband, Harvey of Maypearl, Evelyn Davis of Grand Prairie, June Jones of Grand Prairie; her brother, Milton Eckeberger and his wife, Debbie of Bowie, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Woodall; her parents, John and Gladys Eckeberger; her baby brother; her sister, Peggy Woolridge and also by her sister in law, Mary Bradley. Services to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2014 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Sardis Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
