Patsy Weatherly

Patsy Ann Weatherly was born on August 1,1942 in Nacogdoches, Texas. She passed away at her home in Waxahachie, Texas on January 16,2022 at the age of 79.

Patsy worked in several types of employment including the city of Irving, Texas, English Color and several different nursing homes throughout her years of service. The family would like to thank Bristol hospice for their loving care and support during the last few months of her life. As well as a couple of amazing friends and neighbors who came to our rescue no questions asked.

In her younger days she enjoyed attending church. She also enjoyed gardening and loved to cook. She enjoyed working in puzzle books and you didn't dare interrupt her game of solitaire. Another hobby that she enjoyed was painting the windows of her house.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Johnnie "Corky" Weatherly. She was also preceded by her father G.B. Williams and her mother Ella Mae Coe. She is survived by her two sons Jerrell Weatherly and wife Laura of Waxahachie, Texas and Darrell Weatherly of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren. She had 8 sisters and 2 brothers.
