Patricia Ann Collinsworth, age 58

Mrs. Collinsworth passed away Sunday at her Waxahachie residence. She was born in Wilmington, OH. to Willard and Marie (Cain) Pollite. She graduated from high school in Cincinnati, OH. and attended Court Reporting School there. Patricia and James Collinsworth were married June 19, 1965 in Garland, Texas. She liked to play bingo and was close to her children. She was of the Baptist faith.

Her survivors include: her husband, James Collinsworth of Waxahachie; sons, Stacey Collinsworth of OH., Micah Collinsworth, James and Rachael Collinsworth, Chris and Katy Collinsworth and Clint Collinsworth, all of Waxahachie; daughters, Michelle Rutlidge and fiance Brent Moreno, Stephanie and Steven Walton, all of Waxahachie, and Jennifer Collinsworth of Italy; brothers, Richard Pollite, Danny Pollite and Cary Pollite, of Ohio; sisters, Kay Hogue of Waxahachie and Patsy Swanson of Italy; ten grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Collinsworth will lie in state Wednesday 8 AM-5 PM at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 8:30 AM to 1 PM Thursday, January 11, 2007, prior to the 2 PM Celebration of her Life in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Bruce Anderson officiating. Family members will serve as pallbearers for Mrs. Collinsworth. Interment will follow in the Italy Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
