PATRICIA ANN KENYON ALEXANDER (PAT) (NANNY) (1942-2024)

Patricia Ann Kenyon Alexander, 81, beloved wife, and mother to 2 children, of Palmer, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on July 10, 2024, leaving a void her family cannot fill.

She was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on September 3, 1942, to Russell and Ollie Kenyon. Pat was a licensed beautician and enjoyed making things “pretty”, worked for the IRS in her younger years and was a stay-at-home Mom. She enjoyed serving her community as a girl scout leader, baseball mom, meal on wheels volunteer, served as a VBS leader, worked in children’s church when needed and was a consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics.

Pat was a devoted wife and mother to Jimmie Don, Debbie, and Warren.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Jimme Don Alexander, her parents Russell and Ollie Kenyon and her brother Rusty Kenyon. She is survived by her daughter Debbie Beverly of Stephenville Texas, and her son Warren Alexander and his wife Audry of Cayuga Texas. She was blessed with 11 grandchildren: Colton Beverly and Stephanie Davis of Stephenville Texas, Brandon and Danielle Alexander of Jacksonville NC, Brady and Ashley Alexander of Cayuga Texas, Michaela Beverly of Stephenville Texas, Breck and Alyssa Alexander of Dalhart Texas, and JB and Morgan Alexander of Dalhart Texas. One great grandson Colt Alexander. She loved her family very much and thought the world of her grandchildren. She loved taking them on adventures when they were young and trying to find unique places for them to visit. They will never forget the love she brought to their lives. She left a legacy of love that will be felt throughout future generations.

Pat enjoyed spending time with her family and church family. She could often be seen at her grandchildren’s sporting events; boy scout and girl scout events, livestock shows and school functions. She had a smile that lit up the room and was a very genuine person willing to help anyone in need. She loved the Lord with her whole heart, and we know without a doubt that the moment she closed her eyes she woke up in heaven.

Her celebration of life will be Saturday, August 10th at 2:00 p.m. at Rockett Baptist Church in Rockett Texas.

“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die..." - John 11:25
