Mrs. Noel passed away Saturday morning at Claystone Nursing Center in Ennis, Texas. She was born in Davidson, Oklahoma to James Isaac and Etta Magnolia Morris Wade. She was a homemaker and a member of the Water Street Baptist church in Waxahachie.

She is survived by 1 son and daughter in law: Willie Noel III & spouse Donna of Waxahachie, Texas. 1 Daughter & Son In Law: Lisa & Billy Moon of Waxahachie 5 Grandchildren: Brandy & Bertram Stemmler of Boise, Idaho, Trey and April Moon of Maypearl, Texas, Mark Noel of Waxahachie, Texas, Misty & Mark Christian of Waxahachie, Tx. and Leslie Moon of Waxahachie, Tx. 2 Great Grandchildren: Brady and Braxton Moon of Maypearl, Texas. Nieces and Nephews: Gary and Sandra Bishop of Waxahachie, Texas, Mack and JoAnn Allen of Waxahachie, Texas, Judy and Jimmy Haney of Waxahachie, Tx., Susan Allen of Waxahachie, Tx., Sandy and Robert Davidson of Waxahachie and Rusty Johnston of Waxahachie, Tx.; 1 Brother in Law: Johnny Johnston of Waxahachie and 1 Sister in law: Dorothy Noel of Mesquite, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband Willie Noel, Jr. in 1987 and 2 Sisters: Eva Bishop and Evelyn Allen. Pallbearers will be Gary Bishop, Mack Allen, Jimmy Haney, Rusty Johnston, Lanny Daniel and Wendell Compton.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Sunday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The celebration of life will be on Monday August 25, 2003 at 2 :00 PM at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel with Rev. Earl Teeter and Rev. Denny Burris officiating. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
