Oliver Reynolds

Oliver Dean Reynolds passed away on June 14, 2012. He was born in Oklahoma on November 11, 1925 to Cora and Jake Reynolds. On June 20, 1964, Dean married Rosanne Herndon, the daughter of John and Hattie Belle Herndon in Waxahachie. He was a long-time employee of JC Penney in Dallas, and he and Rosanne were faithful members of the First Baptist Church of Dallas. Dean was preceded in death by his loving wife, Rosanne, his parents, three sisters and one brother. He is survived by his niece Violet Stephens and her husband, Steve, of Bossier City Louisiana, his niece Patsy Patman of Ft Worth, and his nephew, Matthew Moody. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Roblyn Herndon of Houston and his sister-in-law Katherine Herndon Westmoreland and her husband, Louis, of Conroe. The graveside service at Waxahachie City Cemetery on June 16, 2012 was officiated by his friend Mark Cordray.
