Olive Hogan

Olive Ruth Hogan, Age 93 passed on to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.  She was a member of the Farley Street Baptist Church, Waxahachie, TX.  She had been a member of the First Baptist Church of Whitney for 40 years.  A pass Matron of O.E.S. Whitney Chapter 930.  A volunteer at Park Plaza Nursing Home and Food Bank of Whitney.  She established a career in the Insurance field in Dallas and continued her career with the move to Lake Whitney in 1973.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years William (Bill) Hogan.  Her parents Milton and Mildred Whitehead.  Her brother Milton Whitehead from Phoenix, AZ and Brother William Oliver Whitehead from Farmers Branch, TX

She is survived by daughters, Georgene Mulkey and husband Bill, Nancy Brown and husband Paul, Cindy Bennett and husband Billy.  5 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, and many beloved family and friends.
