Norquist Osman Wade, 81 of Maypearl, TX passed away on 2/25/2023, surrounded by family and friends.

Nor was born on 12/1/1941 to Norris Osman Wade and Vickey Lamb Wade in Galveston, TX. Nor was proceeded in death by his father, Norris Osman Wade; Mother, Vickey Lamb Wade; Wife, Dorothy Wade; favorite nephew, Perry Gonzales. He is survived by his son, David Wade, and daughter-in-law Raulita; stepsons, Lew Crow and his wife Lana; Lee Crow and his wife Beverly; Len Crow and his wife Peggy; grandchildren - Jett, Jade, Cally, Amanda, Greg, Shelby, Jason, Tami, Bart, Charles Lynn, Brooke, and Kelsey as well as, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Nor married Dorothy the love of his life February 14, 1981. He proudly served in the US Navy. He retired with a successful career at IBM. Nor was eager to serve the Maypearl community. He was the director of the Maypearl Cemetery Association and a member of the Maypearl Fire Board, he was also an EMT and Volunteer Fireman.

Nor loved to play “42” with James and Beverly.  Methodically working on “projects” with his best friends Garry and Jeff.  Nor enjoyed traveling, Dorothy’s cooking, wearing his overalls and feeding fish at the pond with his grandkids.
